Omega Seamaster Rubber Strap - Where to buy ?

Hi All, I’m looking to buy the rubber strap for a (nearly) new Seamaster I’m about to acquire which is supplied on its bracelet. I have looked on the Omega website and it’s not listed as an available strap. Has anyone acquired one from a source other than an Omega Boutique ? Are they available online anywhere ? Any suggestions welcome.

    Thanks

    Marc

I think you need to just phone up your local omega AD and they can source you one at cost.

    or

https://www.ofrei.com - use their search for “omega rubber”

Best bet is an Omega Boutique. Also note there are three lengths available. The watch comes with the regular but there are shorter and longer versions as well.

I got one from Omega last year. Just went in and asked AD to order one.
They also appear on eBay occasionally.

I would go to an Omega boutique if you can. I bought one online and it didn’t quite fit (it is a little fiddly to put on). Quality of the original is excellent.

It was over £200 though including buckle!

Thanks all, I was trying to avoid the Omega boutiques/authorized dealers route but it looks like this is the only real option. I didn’t know they came in different lengths. That will be important for me since I’m guessing I will need the shorter length version. I was budgeting for the £200-ish so it looks like that will be as expected.

Thanks for the links too, but neither company seems to have them in stock.

    Thanks again.

Haven't checked if what you want is in stock but watch obsession have Omega straps. I get mine from there.

Have you tried phoning omega UK?
I do for Longines bracelets or straps & usually get one at cost price. They are part of the SWATCH group.
They are only supposed to sell if you're watch is in for service but if you grovel a bit it usually work's

Best bet and fairest price would be via an Omega boutique. I’ve found that dealers ie swisswatchspares and co tend to overcharge.

100%. Also JR makes most if not all of Omega’s Cordura straps. Last I checked it was 150 quid for a like for like snoopy cordura (vs the 250ish for the omega branded version).

Thanks for the suggestion, I have bought from them in the past, but they don’t appear to have the rubber strap.

Yep, I love these straps. I have exactly the one you mentioned on my Speedmaster and I have one with grey stitching on my Aquaterra. I’ve managed to stumble into a collection of Omega watches !

Thanks for this, I agree. Not sure why anyone would pay over the odds if they are still manufactured and available. I sent a message to my nearest Omega boutique. I was hoping to avoid a trip to the big smoke, but needs must and all that.
