    Planet Earth.

Omega has stopped making the Mission to Neptune. May be due to color bleed issue.
Prices on Chrono 24 are 1795 to 1995 USD
There is one on eBay for £3000:-)

They have relaunched it with a more colour fast planet image. You'd be bonkers to pay extra overs for one that has the bleed thinking it has been discontinued.

I handled a Mars at the weekend, it was nice. I was offered it at list, £218 but declined as the red feels very Fisher Price. I do like the look of the Mercury version though and the head build quality seemed pretty high (the strap less so). The seller managed to move it on at £300 so clearly there are still overs on them. They are coming through in dribs and drabs into some of the London stores now so patience will get you one, if you aren't too fussy on colour.

Bloody hell that’s impressive! Only Neptune left? Just got a Jupiter and I was looking for a new strap :) is it the Brown/White on the Ali express link you posted?

^ I've always wondered who the kingpin is for these Swatch queue gangs, I think we now know! Looking great though, and much nicer straps (take note Swatch, AliExpress has put you to shame) - you'll find the surgery much busier I'm sure with these interesting pieces on your wrist.

Do Swatch award you with a nice Collection box when you get the set? Would seem rather fitting.

[Will be interesting to get your longer-term feedback on colour bleed and pusher robustness.]

    Omega x Swatch

Slacking there, Rajen, the black is upside down.

Looks great with the whole bunch of them together, especially on the straps. I thought you’d splashed out on some RubberB’s and nearly over.

Saturn is quite cool, quite like the rings around the sub dial.

How easy is the strap change, the case feels very plasticky

I’m starting to warm to these - I actually really want a moon one ! Don’t live close enough to a store and I don’t fancy spinning the wheel on eBay or stockx. I guess at some point they’ll be easy enough to get you’d hope ? Fingers crossed for web sales soon :)

Here's my Jupiter which I picked up on holiday recently in Cape Town. I've fitted an Omega rallye strap with an Omega deployant to it which I think works well. Fitting was straight forward and just took the usual care, though was a little nervous with the case being pretty soft. Like actual speedies, these things suit lots of different straps so you can be quite creative. They're good fun!

Popped into Edinburgh Swatch shop yesterday and they had 8 or 9 flavours of them in stock. Got a Moon one as an early birthday present to myself.

Well played ! If you are passing and see a moon flavour - I’d be delighted to cover any costs and a good drink if you’d pick one up :)

Sorry mate, I was just up for the weekend. Hopefully there’s someone who lives up there that might be able to help.

Crazy to think that outlay could have bought you a real Speedmaster Pro brand new up until a few years ago.

These Swatches do nothing for me.

Can you imagine a world in which Rolex offered this kind of shit?

I’d queue up overnight and buy all 11 if Rolex did the same. Love ‘em! 😀👍

Can’t recommend the Zuludiver straps for these highly enough. BTW, a friend has just picked up Saturn, Pluto, Moon and Mercury from New York. They had multiples of all models except Neptune apparently and he was good enough to give me 2.

As a daily wearer I think they are a bit of fun and very easy to wear.

If you added the remaining two to the value, that's over £2500. Equal in value to this...https://forum.tz-uk.com/showthread.p...-10-43-50-SOLD

Personal choice, but I know which I'd prefer.

I predict gold-coloured bio-ceramic case, dark blue dial with gold subdials. I'd quite like that.

  40. #1540
I’d love if it was exactly the same movement, dial and crystal (ie super low budget) in a solid cold case. Hopefully a plexi sandwich so that the lovely quartz movement can be appreciated

Given they know what happened last time and they now doubly know this one will drive the wrong sort of buyer en-masse for a potential tidy profit, why would they go with the store exclusive release plan again?

Did they learn nothing last time?

  45. #1545
None of the previous ones have piqued my interest personally, but that gold one really is a monstrosity!!!

Does anyone know if there will be some for sale tomorrow? Can’t give a location, date and time then not have some for sale. Surely not.

The fact it’s at an OB makes me think it’s too expensive for Swatch however it’s only on the Swatch Instagram, not Omega.

Any queues at royal exchange? That might give a clue!

But I noticed it’s being released in Japan at 6.30pm so we should know what it is in the next hour

This Mission to the Moon has a seconds hand made of OMEGA’s Moonshine™ Gold. This special seconds hand has been produced exclusively during the full moon of February, as stated in the certificate that comes with the watch. It is available for purchase in very special places in Zurich, London, Milan and Tokyo on March 7th, and in other locations during the next full moon. It is not limited and not available online. The Mission to the Moon with a special seconds hand is not going to replace the Mission to the Moon
Let me get this straight...a piece of plastic made on a certain day is special and worthy of a certificate?

Well no, it’s the gold seconds hand, but equally silly.

Still, it’s a lot more restrained than I’d expected and don’t think it looks that bad. Can’t help thinking it would have worked better visually with the darker case of the Mercury, but then that wouldn’t have tied in with the full moon theme.
