If not - google has loads more
when i had a leak in a car in the past, i sat it in when raining heavily at night with a torch and i could see the water path and where it came from.
that was also a ford and honestly they are junk cars full stop and i would never buy another
Has anybody seen my Ford?

I had this on my 2015 fiesta
It was a few tiny pin prick holes on the weld joints down either side of the tail gate
I applied some clear quality sealant
I’ll look for some pics - might help
I added some pics to the last page of this thread

Rear lights seem to be a common source of leaks, bloody irritating .
Thanks Guys. Nice day so will investigate. Seems it could be quite a few things. Rotten wiring loom grommet, bumper bolts, bad seal between rear lights( more common on later mks) ,leaking screen wash tube, and a host of others lol.
Having had similar in a few cars, I can’t advise on the Ford but can give you the best tool for finding the source of the leak. Talc!
Stick it around the boot and get the hose pipe on it, you’ll see the route the water is taking and you can work your way up to the source.
Ariel, seals, grommets are the most likely culprits.
I think it was the mk2 focus that would let water into the engine bay to pool on top of the block. This rusted the plugs so they snapped at changing time.
Fords really are awful sheds, had a few, never again.
