Carefully planned and knew exactly where to find the safe.

Just saw the video - thankfully no one was hurt and from the looks of it they got away empty handed.
Interesting how the second guy who entered went directly to the cupboard that hid the safes, and went straight to work.

It is back up again now - very brutal attack glad the shop was empty.

Not sure what the fire extingusher was used for - lubricant for when the pull the safe out as was a bit early for that or possibly to get rid of evidence but not used much if that was its purpose ?

I presumed lubricant but he was a bit eager, still at least the scrotes went away empty handed, did a lot of needless damage though.

Interesting, a huge amount of collateral damage (wrecked shop, wrecked stolen car) for nothing, as they leave as soon as sirens are heard.
I am surprised that the safe started to move then went no further, I can only assume that their technique (using a quite effective grubbing mattock and less effective pry bar that he eventually threw out the window) didn't have enough consistent leverage over the distance to remove the safe from its gound and wall fixings.
It looked like if they'd had 3 people on the end of mattocks, they'd have had the safe away.
It shows that shielding bars (which cover the gaps to prevent them getting the lever ends behind or under the safe) would have delayed them further.

The safe had them beat, i do wonder just how much aggro the safe can take before the relockers deploy and make it a cutting job.

The word will be out now and the next time they will come when somebody can open the safe for them. Its poisonous now having nice stuff.

Edit, wondering what the outcome would be if the relockers have done there work on that safe and it now wont open?
