    TWR Watch Repairs

    Anyone used TWR?

Notice they are the official UK Sinn service centre as well as authorised service centre for Swatch group amongst others.

I have. Found Alex really easy to deal with. Efficient service. Didn't fancy sending my Sinn back to Germany post Brexit. Probably not an issue but it gave me peace of mind sending the watch to TWR.

I would definitely use then again.

Yup, I sent my Sinn 857 in to TWR for a service after it started losing time.

Pleasant to deal with Alex over the phone, lead times given ahead of time but came back a little quicker than expected, working well and with replaced parts included.

Thanks all, fairly local to me so might call in.

I have a Sinn with them at the moment for service, though it'll be several more weeks before it's ready.

They seemed really professional and knowledgable when I called them for the quote and so far everything has gone as planned, they call you when the watch arrives at their end and then again once it's been assessed.

I'm hopeful it all goes well and I can enjoy my Sinn as some rival brands have horrible after sales support, as was my experience with Damasko. Also I've never had much luck with the really small independent repairers / one-man-bands, as their egos can get in the way of taking ownership for their work - pay cheap pay twice has unfortunately been my experience.

Good to know, thanks. Recently bought a Sinn U1 and was thinking of sending it to them to get it re-regulated as such. It's running faster than I'd like on the wrist 24/7.

I'm local to them and recent dropped a Sinn in for a service unannounced. It'll be a number of weeks before I have the watch back with me though I've no concerns, they were very friendly and professional face to face.

They regulated my Sinn 104 for me under warranty and it now runs at +/- 2sec a day

I just used them for sending my UX back to Germany for an oil change/service. First class service and thoroughly recommended 👍🏻

They serviced a U200 for me. I had approached Sinn Frankfurt, and they referred me back to TWR, as it was not a "specialist" service. TWR were fast, professional and sensible.
    It all went well

I had my 203 serviced by them, they were spot on and I’d use them again.
