I have - about 2 years ago… Spoke to them over the phone, very helpful, so ordered online and received the watch in perfect condition. Was a very smooth transaction and would happily deal with them again.

Looked at them recently but the watches I was considering (JLC, Zenith) we’re substantially cheaper elsewhere. But they seem to get good reviews.

With 12,000 watches in stock I would hope that they were pretty solid to deal with.

Quite an extensive range also. Let me know how it goes

Not true, if you select watches in stock I says they have 1589.

A lot of what you see are available to order, nothing wrong in that as long as you know up front.

Ah, good catch. Yes I see that now. And most of these watches have 'Price on Request'... So that makes sense

I have been looking at the GS SBGE257G for some time now, ticking two boxes spring drive and green face. Saving £1000 over AD price is making the purchase very tempting. Any thoughts or comments (not rude) appreciated.

I bought a Breitling from them a couple of years ago. Very pleasant on the phone, good price and delivered on time in unworn condition. The activated warranty card was from an AD in Austria. The watch developed a problem (chrono not resetting properly) so it went back to Breitling via my local AD for a service which was covered by the warranty. So my experience was positive. Breitling's customer service was shocking but that's another matter!

I bought a watch from them in 2020.

It was cheaper on their website than on Chrono24 where I first saw it, so it's worth checking that.

The watch took a couple of weeks to arrive - I think they source a lot of their items once they have the customer's order (and money). The watch had been supplied via a dealer in Austria or Germany IIRC.

I have my eye on two potential candidate watches at the moment, a Tudor and a Grand Seiko. Had a search on WoM and interestingly the Grand Seiko's appear to be available at a decent discount (perhaps not surprising) but the Tudors are over UK RRP even for models that currently sit in AD windows like the BB58.

If so, the prices will be silly. Still can't forgive the 4.5k lower bid on my watch last year by this lot. Sold if for the right trade price elsewhere the next day. Not good.

Nope still considering the purchase, perhaps my reluctance is due to the fact I have only ever bought from AD in the past.
