We know the current SMP is let down by a flat and untapered bracelet. Well I thought it might look rather excellent on my PO bracelet which is beautifully tapered and rounded. I just tried, oh so close! The PO end link from my 41.5mm 8500 fits perfectly in the lugs of the SMP but the spring bar holes don't line up. Not far off judging by a visual comparison of the two cases, but the po bracelet does not fit the SMP.
Does anyone know of an AM PO bracelet that fits the SMP? Or something similar? A modified end link? I know the uncle Seiko speedy bracelet fits, which is an option, but I fancy the po.
Can’t help you here but I think the standard SMP bracelet is great, it is the most comfortable bracelet I have worn.
