Limited Company Buy To Let Mortgages query

Looking for pointers in companies/advisors who specialise in BTL mortgages for a new Limited company set up specifically for this purpose.
Company will have no trading history and will be injected with £100-150k personal funds.

Completely new venture although we do have a seperate business within the construction industry and have historic experience owning BTL personally some years ago.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards.
    Craig

This is something I might be able to help you with as I work for a lender which offers a solution for doing exactly this. Feel free to PM me if you would like more details and I will put you in touch with the right person.

If this breaks the forum rules in some way please let me know and I'll delete this.

I’ve used Liam at LT Mortgages for 2 now after a recommendation on Pistonheads. He’s a broker, no affiliation just a very happy customer. Might be worth dropping him a line.

Rates are usually much higher for a limited Co. Compared to a personal BTL. Considerably imo
It's just a matter of time...

Thanks. We've been using Liam for 2 or 3 years on a personal mortgage but for some reason i was under the impression company BTL's weren't his thing. I'll drop him a line today.
    Thank you.
