OK, so not a watch worn by 007 but by another character. I've tried googling but to no avail.
I was watching For Your Eyes Only the other day and there are several shots of Topol's character Milos Columbo wearing this watch on his left wrist. You never get a clear close up shot but I took the following screen shot:
Initially I thought it might be an AP RO but the bracelet is completely wrong and the screw heads are not visible. Just for interest, does anyone have any ideas?

No idea on the watch, but I think he’s snacking on a Marathon and about to ND his Tokarev in the last pics.
He chews on pistachio nuts throughout the film. I’m off to check old Seiko catalogues from 1980 and 1981 which was when the film was released.

It's not a chronograph - but it's look like its the same bracelet.
