Well, I'm trying to raise money for Mind, so that seems a reasonable cause.

    https://www.justgiving.com/fundraisi...=1641389777204 - If anyone's interested.

And, honestly, in the shit month that's January 2022, it's something to do (or not do, I guess)

New in this week, it's a great watch that I have coveted for a while, but I am not sure if 40mm is just too small for me. Will give it some time and see how I feel about it.

Picture is from earlier this week, but this is what’s on my wrist. I purchased this new from Higuchi-San in 2007 and it is in my permanent rotation. Such great quality for the price-titanium with Duratect, very accurate eco-drive quartz and a second hand that hits all the marks properly.

Ah that's nice to read as it's the first time I've removed it from its original bracelet.

Which model is this? It looks like a Navigator with a steel case.

Yes, original Gallet-cased quartz Navigator from Feb. ‘91. Used to be relatively common-place these, you hardly ever see them now. Great watches.

Thanks Jon! I flipped a lot of watches last year, but I think they were all about arriving at the BB36. Great size, legible, GADA, classy but not flashy, well built and keeps great time.

That's a great looking watch. I really like the tone of the dial.
