Reading is hard - I managed to donate directly to Young Minds Trust.

Not bothered though, and a bloody good effort.

Oh sorry, I tried to catch anyone who inadvertently did that by posting the list to check. If you PM me with the info on what you donated I can add it manually to the total so at least it accurately reflects what was raised.

Wow, what a raffle. Fantastic initiative by Matthew, a proper reason to celebrate, and the best of TZ-UK's famous forum spirit to raise £10,000 for the best of causes.

Thank you Matthew, thank you to the donors, thank you to all participants. And let's not forget Laura, congratulations for having reached long-term remission.

And congratulations to the winners, especially to Wooster, proper charity hero of his own right - no better member could have won the Speedmaster.

Oh, and I have won something as well! Fantastic news which makes me very happy. As I have no real use for a watch winder, I donate it back to charity, let's discuss how we monetize it for the good cause.

    Still can't quite believe it!!

I'm in the 'never won anything so cool ever' category of people :) So yes, I'm very grateful for this...

Fwiw - whatever's still missing to 10k, I'll add it. Let's make it a nice, round number :)

Mr Curta: aye, where’s the fun in spoiling the suspense! The mid-draw cuppa was inspired.

Well done everyone - a very decent fundraising result!

Thanks for all the kind words and support. I'll be in touch with the winners over the next day or so for addresses, and aim to have the items that are with me into the post on Monday. My inbox is a bit full so it will take a little while to contact everybody.

The draw was better than primetime TV!

Delighted to win fourth prize (my powers of ether diddling clearly remain strong). Well done for organising Matthew and for raising £10K for such good causes.

    Bravo all, bravo!

Congratulations Matthew on yet another successful fundraiser and a round of applause to all those that donated and/or bought tickets.

A fantastic event and brilliant spirit from the forum membership.

Congrats to the lucky winners but the true winners are the charities and of course Laura who has had to manage a situation that no child should ever have to face. However, to have a father such as Mr Curta must be a great reassurance!

I tip my hat to all, those that won, those that brought tickets and those that gave the prizes. Stars each and every one of you!

Oh and if we are short of the 10k mark please let me know as I’m more than happy to top it up!
