I'm looking for a grey suede strap and would like your recommendations on quality ones please even better if they do it in 19mm.

Martu straps are worth a look.

I thoroughly recommend watchgecko stuff for the quality vs price.

lots of 19mm options too, and always a 10% code to be found

I've bought a few straps from Howard in the past including a nice grey suede. He also offers customisation - length. stitching, width, etc, can all be adjusted:

And I would say Atelier Romane make among the best straps available at any price:

I've also bought a few from here. I strongly suspect they're actually made by Atelier Romane (see above), but there are a couple of colours / styles here that are not on the AR website, plus no added VAT bill to pay as they're based in the UK.

Molequin get my vote. Highish price but extremely high quality. Stunning straps!

Ah, is that right? I was almost certain they were made by Mickael @ Atelier Romane..

I’m guessing they use different makers for different materials? Molequin certainly make the nubuck style straps for them.

I’ve noticed that the suede straps I have stretch over a short period of time, and far more than leather would.
When I purchase my next suede strap I’ll buy one with a stitched periphery with a view to it stopping, or at least lessening stretch.
