    I took a chance on this as thought would make a good travel watch

    There are a few models, but could not immediatly see the model numbers

    Hopefully the 50mm case size is a typo, or includes the crown etc.

    That is no bad price for a tritium-tubed watch.

    Yeah, maybe so. There was another Traser listed at 50mm on their site a while ago. A bit of research and I found it was 46.

    The specs or description section on tk is definitely to be taken with a pinch of salt.

    That’s a good spec for what you’ve paid - and quite a good looking thing too. Result .

    It's got a "SECONDES" register at 3 !? I'm out. Some of the others at that pricepoint are acceptable.

    I have to recommend the tritium tubes if you are an outdoor type - they are brilliant; literally.
    Had mine for 20yrs and it still is more readable after 4+ hrs in the dark than any Seiko or Swiss lume.

    I owned a couple of Trasers years ago and loved them...since been looking at getting a tritium watch again and came across the GWS watches (Traser distributor and service centre)..with regards a chromo these look excellent for the price;

    I've had a couple of the GWS tritium watches, they are good value but the glow from the tubes didn't seem as obvious as that on a Marathon.
