There’s a Laco Aachen in great condition and a very reasonable price on SC, which if I’m getting my dials right is a b-uhr.
I suspect Laco is probably the most affordable choice. Stowa, Sinn, IWC and many more make Fleiger inspired designs.
Steinhart make a decent B dial too.
Orient! Had a type B Orient for years, was lovely, and cost peanuts!
