    pardon my ignorance

    Afternoon folks.
    Can someone please enlighten me on the numbers attributed to a PRS watch? what does the 140/13 refer to exactly. In my woeful ignorance I presumed a run of 140 and it was no 13. Thank you in anticipation of some required wisdom.
