And the watch is obviously fake, that 24 hours dial doesn't even have a hand!

Shows how ebay is the absolutely bottom of the barrel after Ali Express and Wish.

Interesting observation. Personally I would never buy a watch from eBay, nor have I ever bought a watch from AliExpress, however anything (non-watch related) I've ever bought from Ali Express has always been exactly as advertised.

I have no idea what Wish is...

    Not really.
If one does due diligence, one can safely but from eBay.
I have bought plenty and only once I was sold a fake. It was a difficult one- a Philips Carribean watch- one that I wouldn’t think in a million years would be faked.

Bought twice from eBay while looking for a watch with an ETA 7750 movement.

The first was a TI diver. Nice, but when it arrived the crown fell off as I wound it, leaving the stem in place. I returned it for a full refund, no problem. Seller was most accommodating.

Second one was a flieger style 7750. Arrived exactly as described, and once regulated has been perfect ever since. Not high value stuff, but would have been enough to sting had it gone wrong. That said, in both cases, I knew what I was looking for, and consequently, what to ask about.
