Seiko 7A38-7029 Franken mod, which I re-hashed earlier this year. All black dial is a 709L from a scrapped 7A38-7080. The non-original Seiko bracelet (which it's worn for the last 10 years, in its earlier guise) is a p/n Z1020S.
