I wish I had the foresight to pick one up, most of the nft projects I've bought into haven't taken off, but who cares. If you enjoy the art/pfps/community then it doesn't matter.

Yes atm it's very silly with these animal jpegs but has been a pretty lucrative part of crypto this year. The OP asked for places to punt 8k (and it is an extreme punt!) so I think this is an area to keep an eye on. The potential in NFTs is there for sure and big brands are beginning to take notice, esp with FB on the metaverse. I personally think the gaming space is going to be very popular so worth looking into that. Read up on Axie Infinity for instance..
