I really fancied the Tactical 2 Alpha until I saw the price.
The marketing seems solely aimed at SAS wannabes
Won’t knock them for trying, but the brand name immediately makes me think of something Chinese. That makes it very hard to associate with something from Hereford, and at a high price for a start-up.
There are many, eg Elliot Brown, I’d choose over those.

I am all for veterans doing great things, but being a veteran doesn't make you a great watch designer, and it looks like they have slightly fallen into the same "PVD and stencilled numerals" cliche trap that Breitling used to trowel on so thickly.

Pagoda Troop was the callsign of the anti terrorist troop from B Squadron who stormed the Iranian embassy in 1980.
Their prices are a bit ballsy. They use the same movement as C Ward divers but are more expensive than a brand that is well established.

Is it naive of me to think that anyone in the military would be very unlikely to wear an automatic watch as their primary timepiece?
If they wanted watches from ex servicemen, they could have saved themselves the effort and just come to timefactors. Eddie served as I recall.

And amazingly they don't appear to have delivered any watches, usually a #pagodawatches would bring up loads of results on IG. But strangely not in this case.
I also know someone who paid a deposit at the end of Feb '22 and has received naff all, communication, or watch.
