Yeah it's a Model 2 with a custom dial. They've discontinued this version of the model 2 to be replaced by another field type watch. They've also changed the sales model to batch production but if you can get your hands on one, I'd thoroughly recommend it on a nato.
I wasn't a big fan on leather but love it like this.

P.S. I'm not normally a fan of tattoos, but your's look more subtle (i.e. less heavily inked) than the norm - interesting. Goes well with the Seiko!
