    Euro Disney @ Christmas

Anyone done it? Thinking of it but the price is steep. So many hotels to chose from.

Would Lapland be a better alternative? If so where abouts?

It would be for 3 adults and a child.

Lapland is amazing but also crazy expensive. It is stunningly beautiful. The snow is deep and fluffy. You may get lucky and see the Northern Lights and it is absolutely freezing. It hit close to -30oC when we went.

Just look for any Lapland trip and they will take across the attic circle, you’ll meet Santa, maybe have a dog sled, snow mobile, ice skating opportunities.

I am sure Disney will be fun and the kids will love it but it will just be Disney.

I would price both up and then decide which you think is the more special experience.

Having done disney (paris) in summer and in winter I would deffo say go in the summer. parks open much longer, and choose a hotel with a pool and escape the midday sun there.
Austria was amazing at christmas, and not punishingly cold.
