I was very pleasantly surprised to receive the call from my AD about picking up a new gmt “batgirl”.
Having previously always said that I prefer the oyster bracelet, I must admit the jubilee wears extremely smartly. The watch feels very elegant with the jubilee. More shirt and trousers as opposed to jeans and t shirt with the oyster if that makes sense.
New movement coupled with the bracelet gives the watch a whole new experience for me!

Agree. I wasn’t 100% sold on the jubilee until I tried it on, then I had to have one.

My only issue is I have to sell a watch to fund it as I put the purchase on a credit card..
Looks like this will be chopped in to pay for the GMT.. right decision do we think?

Lovely pickup there. I also initially had reservations about the jubilee and had planned to put a sub bracelet on for the glidelock, but didn't fit properly so just left it as it was.. No regrets now as the jubilee is so comfortable and because of the multiple link design, scratches are not even obvious at all.

The GMT in that combination is a stunning looking watch and with the jubilee will gain less scratches. I think too if I had the daytona, i would not mind seeing it go for that, plus you will have a good chunk of cash back.
I much prefer the jubilee on the GMT2, and the BLNR with the jubilee is to me the top option.
I like the two tone thing more as I hurtle towards retirement so might chop something else in.

beautiful watch and for me the jubilee is the way to go. I had a few attempts of getting on a list for one of these over the last few years with no luck. In fact it seems to be getting harder so congratulations for getting on a waiting list in the first place.

Congrats, it sure is a beautiful piece indeed, myself personally prefer the Batman on the oyster and the Pepsi on the jubilee bracelet which I feel suits each watch head perfectly but each to their own as the saying goes.
does any one know if you can swap straps on the new GMT’s?
I’ve just got a root beer and wonder if I can buy and then fit a jubilee. I’m pretty sure it won’t fit on my 2014 gmt as I believe the sizes are different.
