    Great news for Pip. She had to do so much to get on the line last time , did so well in a relatively slow boat , and now has a great opportunity to improve . Tough competitors though ..

Additionally, an effort will be made to internationalize entrants and open opportunities to female skippers." Plus, there is "a limit on participation at 40 entrants."
