It looks similar to a TAG Heuer Aquaracer Quartz Chronograph big date e.g.CAN1011, but with fully lumed hands.

Well - a bit of Googling for Julia Bradbury Wristwatch brings up a number of references to a brand called "Elliot Brown".

I suspect it’s this. She wears an Elliot Brown Canford, mountain rescue edition also.
Sad news for her recently but she certainly comes across as strong willed on the TV so I’m sure she’ll put up a good fight.
