On mine it has,
Low Power Mode
some writing
Battery Health
it doesent show Battery Percentage.
Weird, my iPad is a 2021 iPad Air and it has the latest iOS on it, strange I can’t find the battery health option, it just isn’t there?

iPads don't have the battery health function, with capacity. However it can be accessed, here's one way to do it.

Apparently they can't sync for some reason.
allegedly there is a fix promised in 15.1 but we shall see
