Can't log in to Timefactors to purchase.

Looking to buy a Caribbean and tried to log in with no success. Came up with email address not recognised which is weird as Timefactors sends me regular emails, so is it a glitch?

It was less than a minute. I had it in the basket after 3 seconds and couldn't complete the credit card transaction before it was gone again.

pretty much the same, couldn't have typed my details in any faster....i wonder how many black dial prs-25s there actually were available, can't have been that many if they'ed all gone in under a minute.

oh well, disappointed yes, maybe fourth time lucky when the next batch comes in....

Luckily I noticed the shop opened at 13:59 so was able to order a PRS-55 (as was a friend of mine). I ordered the yellow yellow, he ordered the blue yellow. We're looking forward to comparing them when we're in the office next week.

I note that it looks like the PRS-55 did not sell out of all available stock this time.

    ** edit **
Oops, I now realise the yellow/blue did sell out.

You can receive emails from the Time Factors mail list without having an account on the shop website; they are different things.

Even when the shop isn't open for sales you can create a shop account here: https://www.timefactors.com/account/register. It's worth doing this in advance so as to be ready for next time.

At some point (not sure when but I think recently-ish) Eddie moved from his old shop software to more up to date hosted Shopify. I don't think shop accounts were carried forwards.

    I don't get it - why is it 1 hour early? The notice said 1400 UTC - that's in 15m time!! ??

Crap - I just reread the notice - it said "UK" time. I suppose UK follows daily savings. sigh.

A dear friend was able to get a PRS-55 (black) for me. Really looking forward to receiving it.

There were 50 available and yes, they all went in one minute.

Wow that's unbelievable, may need to invest in a shopping bot at this rate if I want to attempt to pick one up from the next batch when they become available
