Question for Tado owners

How long does it take for firmware to update? Mine has so called been forced to update by tado support at this afternoon and it’s still not done.

On a side note would you mind sharing the current firmware for the following as I can’t find it online.

Extension link (mine is 31.3)
Smart thermostat (54.20)
Bridge (88.1)

Hi I don’t have the extension link, but my Thermostat is (90.1) and the Bridge is (88.1).

Thanks - hopefully it’s will update overnight, I need the extension link to be 64.6 or later for the ebus to work.

My extension kit is 81.1
Bridge is 88.1
Thermostat is 54.20

No idea how long the updates take, but knowing Tado it’s probably scheduled for periods that are normally quiet, so hopefully it’ll happen overnight.

Mine are:

Smart rad thermostat: 90.1
Extension Kit: 81.1
Bridge: 88.1

No idea how long it takes to update, but it seems to happen automatically and I know the Smart Stats were 90.1 about a week ago.

Now done, it needed a force update from the customer support.
