Thread: Found the alternative bracelet for my SB2

Found the alternative bracelet for my SB2

I hate bracelets that don't taper, I think I only have two: a lumpy and a shark mesh which I can live with because of their nature.
Everything else I.just find too unelegant and uncomfortable.
So I have always worn the bird on a strap.

Then yesterday I had a thought...

Got my Sarb35 out and it's uncleseiko jubilee and boom!
    A 99.5% perfect fit.

Looks good to my liking, is not invasive, wears smooth.

This one tapers from 20 to 16 mm giving the bird a rather vintage old man feel.
Were it fully brushed it'd be 101%

There is a slight mismatch with the endlinks as they hug a smaller radius but for me it is liveable with. I've had much worse with others and this one has had no adjustment, with the springbars fitting perfectly.

Here you go, enjoy the firsquick and dirty pics

Not for me Bubi, I don’t think the SBIII suits a jubilee but I like the idea of a taper.

Wow. That's a cool look. I would never thought SB and jubilee. It really works. Thanks for sharing.

Taper really does it. I think it makes the bracelet feel less of a bracelet per se, and more of a part of the watch bracelet kind of thing, if you know what I mean.
