Could you be a little more specific? What do you mean by ‘is it worth it’.

Well ive never bought/invested in a high class watch before but i really like the look of the rose gold with chocolate dial version. I have come accross a fee around the £18000 mark i just wanted to know what you giys think of the pricing and if it will holdnits value

    I’m guessing you mean a 116505 as oppose to a 116515

Does it have box and papers?
    How old?
    Has the bezel been polished?
    Is the bracelet decent length?
Is it a private sale or from a retailer?
    Is there a warranty?
Dial colour, I know you mention chocolate but generally that’s a little more than the pink

Just a things that will affect the price

Yes it has box and papers
    2015
    yes polished bezel
Not too sure about the bracelet length
    And retailer
Not too sure in regards to warrenty but what should i be looking for ?
And the dial colour is the brown one

    Rose gold daytona

    Ok that’s a 116505

Is that a picture of the actual watch you are looking at, as that looks like a catalogue picture

And if the bezel has been polished that can be bad, as it does not take much for the enamel to come off the bezel letters

If its 2015, warranty is kind of irrelevant as it will have a decent amount of Rolex warranty left

If it's a full set and the bezel is unpolished in good condition then 18k is a good price to buy . It's an absolute beauty

If it’s 2015, box and papers and in mint condition from a dealer £18k sounds very cheap

Be cautious; people don't sell these watches cheap, especially dealers. They know a lot more than you do, and Daytonas are especially popular. The quality and repute of the dealer is key here.

    Great watches

But be very careful buying one. Especially on ebay.

Its not quite the model but it's within budget and looks handsome.

Bricks and mortar retailer and you can trust these guys too. Ask for Pat.

Being honest I would re assess your budget or the model specifics, it will save you long term

Bit of an old man's watch for a 21 year old - how did you get on with it?

No one is selling you that watch for £18k.

Nevermind hold its value it's worth double what you're paying.

If it's closer to £0 then it's true value, the it's true value is probably close to £0 (fake)

It was 6 years ago mate and to be honest was probably too good to be true
