Absolutely not Breitling Service Centre. Never again for me.
I had mine done by STS last time round.
Sure you could pick up a battery for a couple of quid and do it yourself, but:
a. you run the risk of mangling the titanium screws.
b. the silicone caseback seal is delicate, and doesn't last for ever.
