Seiko Presage Style60s

I really like the look of the black three hander, but have just seen...50m water resistance! My watches barely get wet, but having such a low WR on a diver makes me feel as if I'm buying into style over substance.

Anyone got one of these?

Phrased that wrong...diver inspired design (dive bezel).

Still wrong, it is inspired by a chronograph not a diver - the bezel is just 0 - 60, not dive bezel.

Does the bezel not turn?! If so, that's just daft (other than from a commercial 'We want to make more models but don't want you to benefit from the functionality of other designs despite looking the same' perspective)

It's not like it has a chronograph complication which might make a bit of sense with the fixed bezel.

As do I. Particularly the black dialled ones. Was expecting the price to put a dampener on my enthusiasm but they’re sub 500.

Hmm…

I went through that same thought process…. But as others have said, it’s a diver that isn’t really a diver and that lack of identity/purpose swung me away from it.

But it does look lovely…

I quite like the pointy hands, it’s reminiscent of a Seamaster/Planet Ocean.

I really like them but I think the fixed bezel would annoy me and it seems a lot of money for what it is.

Was hoping to see one on SC with a bit of a discount from new, but nothing yet.
