I think Timex have been doing some interesting things of late - the Q reissue, and certainly some of the collabs with Nigel Cabourn, Todd Snyder and others. But this... oof.

If it was about £600 cheaper and not 41mm maybe, but then maybe not.

I like how it looks - rather pretty thing.
The AM/PM divide on the dial makes no sense in terms of how its presented. If it had been two overlaid circles maybe, but that divide harks to a 24hr watch, and this is just a standard 12hr movement. This special-edition two-toned Timex represents the divide between day and night, an idea belonging both to yesterday and tomorrow.
Reminds me of a car I regularly see in town that has a black rear end and blue front end. I dont like it much.
Sorry, it looks ugly, IMO.

I can’t help but think that this was the inspiration of this, they pop up on eBay from time to time. They are a Franken watch but I know what I would prefer as at least the parts used on the Franken are historic parts.
A cool design, but not worth that money!

Agree, lovely design but too overpriced.
If it was reasonable it would have done really well!

The dials on the Franken watches come from old gun cameras, so they have a bit of history (it was important to know what time it was when you shot down that 109 or Zero). I have meant to pick one up but the prices are rising even though they are not an original watch.
