If fuel is not an issue, go for it, I would
Thinking of chopping in my Tesla Model X and buying a Cayenne E-Hybrid. I'm not 100% comfortable with fully electric for longer travelling, charging is painless with Tesla but it does add considerably to the journey time and I'm often time limited with longer trips packing a tight itinerary. A plugin hybrid with a decent range would suit all my daily around town driving on electric only and resolve the longer distance range issues having the engine. Also I very much desire a higher quality cabin, material quality and build quality is well below par with Tesla.
Does anyone have the current shape Cayenne? I was thinking about essential spec, is Air Suspension a must as PASM is standard on this model? How do they find it to live with and particularly ride comfort over a mix of surfaces?
Any input would be much appreciated.
Cheers
Jacob

Two ends of the spectrum, I think. From fully electric to burning a lot of fuel when you push the pedal! Isn't there something in between? I think that e.g. Audi, BMW and Mercedes have a lot to offer when it comes to plug-ins.
I would think twice, when reading Adi's incredible story about the absolute falilure of Porsche Center Leeds and Porsche UK, before I hand my money to a Porsche dealer! Or get the longest possible warranty scheme when you buy the car.
