Planet Ocean Titanium do I or don’t I??

    Evening all,

Been offered this reference 215.92.44.21.99.001 at a very good discount 25%. Been looking at these awhile ago and really liked it. Not in the market really for another watch but think it’s a cracking deal and something I would wear happily.
Any owners of said reference, would welcome some opinions please.

Is 25% really a good discount for what is a nice watch, but ugly colour combo.

Stick to the black or blue IMO, especially if you think it may not be a keeper

I would imagine it may depend if one was drunk or not?

    Well, I like it!

I actually looked at one a couple of years ago. A similar reduction and I think I could have pushed for even more off. I went back to look at the watch at least 3 times but eventually decided that I’d be better off with the steel, in black or blue. I think the main thing that put me off was the weight. Or more accurately, the lack of weight. Compared to the steel, it just felt too light for such a watch. If you’re happy with that though and let’s be honest, that is the whole point of titanium, I think you could do a lot worse.

Decent discount if that is a watch you want. If not, then don’t buy it

I am currently wearing a 8500 calibre titanium PO, 42mm.

Lovely watch as it's much lighter than its dimensions suggest. Titanium does scratch quite easily though.

If you like the colour combo then go for it

Cheers all, had a look today and like it, going to sleep on it tonight and pick up maybe Saturday if I feel the same.
