Haven't used them but would be more than happy to. Trade press have stories of dealers buying some of their stock from it so prices must be keen.
You can also pay via Amex and get up to 1.25% cashback or a load of points.
Anyone used them? Seems like the prices are good as is part ex valuation. They also allow 7 days and 250 miles to decide if the car is for you and if not you get a full refund inc cash for part ex. Seems like a good model but interested if anyone has any experience of them or other online only dealers. Thanks.

Agree but some of their reduced ones are tempting.

This is the lot that aren't part of constellation group, BCA, WBAC, Cinch,
They are all buying them cheap and flogging retail (like all car dealers)
If you know what you want, you are still much better off buying private, at least you know at least one person who has owned the car.
That online model is rapidly gaining pace, I’m mates with Peter Waddell who owns Carzam and its quick flips and plenty of them, pay well sell well just turn them over.

Maybe, but you have little to no come back if the used car is bought privately and especially so if out of any manufacturer warranty. Buntly speaking it's pretty much like eBay with "Caveat Emptor" being all important but accept there is no come back if there are issues....be they minor, or major.
The on line sales model traditionally feeds the lower segment of the market.....say £25,000 and below. Yes, they may have/list cars for higher prices but they do not form a large proportion of the sales volume and they will (especially with the specialist brands like, for example, Porsche etc) be cars that are the "wrong" spec (and colour too) for optimum retail so they are traded out in the wider wholesale market.
Some very big players have tried to crack the UK car market before (Virgin and Tesco to name two) and have failed to get any real traction or share of the "traditional" sales model. There is certainly a place for these operators now (and into the future) but it's certainly not in the mid to upper tiers of the UK car market that the prestige manufacturers and their franchise holders cultivate and develop through significant investment.
Bit like watches really. They all tell the time

Friend of mine bought 2.
Sent one back as not as described in terms of condition but no hassle with the refund process.
Other car was fine.

Mate of mine bought one, but he is not a haggler and will pay a premium for an easy life. He has still got the car, and it all seemed to be painless.
Not for me though. I’d want to kick the tyres at a minimum and discuss the price.
I looked at cazoo and cinch when I was looking for my currant car and they weren’t much cheaper than the main dealers but at the main dealer I got to look at and drive the car first haggled over price and got a much better px price guess which one I bought from
Mate of mine just took delivery of a beand new mini Cooper s, nice spec but nothing special.
Wbac offered £1k over what he paid for it...
Similar stories from others in the trade that wbac are massively fuelling the boom in used car prices.
