This pet insurance policy seems to contradict or is it me ?

One of my dogs insurance is due for renewal and just checking through it I find these four items what are insured and not insured confusing or is it just me ?

The left list is outside the UK. The right is at home.

If I read it correctly the items included on the left are only included for travel outside the UK.
You won’t get the benefit while in the uk.

Edit: looks like me and Onelasttime posted pretty much the same time.

Would be good to plan some complementary treatments for your dog when you're on your next foreign holiday...

Interesting that the maximum sums assured don't look to have gone up in line with the recent hike in prices (i.e. £2k looks low compared to average £3-4k Pedigree costs these days).

As an aside, that level of cover will not help you with much other than a simple issue.

Seems strange there’s better cover outside the UK.

I always insured my dogs but the cover doubled once they were eight and it seemed like a lot to pay for what you got.

I haven't insured the last two and the money saved will cover anything that needs doing and if my dog needs treatment the vets will always charge you less than if it goes through insurance anyway - rather like cars.
    Cheers,
    Neil.
