Does anyone know if Wallace Allen in Ayr was previously a Rolex AD.

They were ADs up until early 2013.
Local scuttlebutt was it had to do with not adhering to Rolex guidelines, but it may just have been part of a larger, UK-wide rationalisation plan.
If you carry out a forum search using 'Wallace' as a key word & my username, you'll find a couple of posts on the subject.

Jim.
Sounds familiar with many smaller family owned jewellers. A family member owned a jewellers on Bond Street and Rolex cancelled their status as they couldn't dedicate enough window space or consignment to Rolex.
Thank you guys.
I looked online and could find no history of it being an AD. A watch I have was purchased through them but then resold via another AD. The original card was Wallace Allan Ayr.
Just wanted to be double sure.
