Hi Jamie.
Nobody local I'm afraid, but I use Holt & Marsh in Manchester for my more unusual engraving jobs.
I'm almost certain they accept jobs by post, but if not then you're welcome to post them to me and I'll take them in when I'm in town.
Hi all,
I need someone to hand engrave some bits for me. They are gifts for my groom (I am best man) and all the local cobblers send stuff off to be done my machine and it all looks a bit sterile.
Does anyone know of somewhere which could do this for me? Are any of you masters is this lost art?
I am based in Haslemere, but am happy. To post/travel.
We're talking a pewter hip flask and a silver plated copper tankard.
There is no rush, I am happy for the gifts to be late if it means they are exactly as I want them.
Thanks all.
Stay safe.

I know a very nice chap in Norway - the recommendation came via Carl Evans (aka GasGasBones). PM me for the details.
In the Sotadic Zone, apparently.
Try your local gunsmith/gun shop. If they deal with English shotguns they will have an engraver or two in their contacts.
Joanne Ryall - best of the best!!
some of the work she does is unbelievable, she does watch engraving too.
