A late Father’s Day gift from the children

I spent Father’s Day in isolation having come back from a work trip; so finally out of isolation this evening my wife surprised me with a gift she went out to collect today. I should have been suspicious however I am quite chuffed as she came back with the following.

Only a mere 21 years and 1 month between this new sibling and its older brother.

Most impressed with the AD as they pulled it out of the bag to get this for my wife in a very short time frame.

I don’t suppose your wife is taking applications for new husbands is she?

Well I'd go into isolation for that.

Quite possibly the greatest ever father's Day gift, taking into account it's 'unavailability!'
Really lovely on the Jubilee I have to say.

Wow, setting the bar high for next year. Congratulations.

I'm guessing this went against your allocation with the AD?

Not that I want tell you how to bring up your children but I think you might be giving them too much pocket money.

    Congratulations all the same.

No I have a few watches coming that I have asked for; I generally ask for what I want and wait a bit of time and buy them when they turn up. The wife buys an extensive number of watches, Art Deco and antique jewellery. So when she asks they generally sort her out a big plus for me.

I am lucky with my wife as she does spoil me and it’s a good thing that she likes watches for me.

Wait. Think about it, don't be hasty. They don't all buy their dad's Rolex. There are some down sides.

Riley is right, you might end up with duds, and they cost a fortune!

Well done OP. I got aftershave and rude cards. Bloody duds I tell you!

I did, and a triple pack of flying saucers.

I don't think my kids could run to a Rolex TBH.
    Cheers,
    Neil.

A late Father’s Day gift from the children

I’ve no history with any AD apart from my 79190 in 1996. They’re saying up to 6 years. Laughable

Well done & a thing of beauty.
