Rolex are chasing markets. More profit, cheapened watches.
The ones being dropped will be the true classics. As I see it, cherish the originals, don’t get caught in the endless hype. A Daytona with proper metal bezel and solid steel bracelet will end up as far more sought after. It’s the real thing…..rubber and synthetics are not .
Btw: my guess would be, like the YM42, a bigger, neater, new Daytona case. Bit more room would be welcome. I think….

I always preferred the Tudor version because it had a date. Mind you last time I nearly bought was a few years ago when there was one on here for £850!!!
