Not sure if it's just me but does anyone else find themselves increasingly loving the manuals in their collection? Seem to keep going back to mine over and over - something about the way they're so much less bulky, combined with the faintly cathartic process of winding them before dropping off to sleep. Think I need to shift a few of the autos and go manual hunting!
Yes, my manuals have far outstripped my auto's. I prefer a manual, because like you, I like to wind them everyday, and they are designed for that. Slimmer and lighter. Win win.
However, auto's and quartz have their place, and I have a nice smattering of them too for when I'm feeling lazy.
