No, but a lot of people don’t bother leaving H&V
If one has a quick satisfactory deal on sales corner and posts a suitable review on H&V , is unreasonable to expect reciprocation..?

Send a PM to the other party and ask if they would post feedback?
It's as quick or quicker than posting ^^^^^^^^^^
Some do, some don't.
It is nice when both parties leave a record, but don't get too wound up if someone doesn't.
They are probably just not the type to indulge.
Also, it can be quite a delay between deal-done and H&V activity, so don't give up hope!
I actually didn't realise both parties were meant to do that.
I assumed it was for sellers to say they had a good experience with the buyer.
I think it's reasonable to expect it, especially when given. It costs nothing to be polite after all (OK, apart from a bit of time and typing). I would be peeved too that your most recent 4 counterparties have not yet left feedback (lazy).
P.S. That said, I would only expect and leave feedback on watch purchases (not other non-watch tat that often takes up the SC).
I almost never post H&V, just poor admin on my part I'm afraid to say.
Since most take 3 days to pay and go AWOL most of the time, i just forget about it and move on
I’ve left some before but never had any back. Not really troubled by it. I’ve never looked in HV for references when I’ve bought anything anyway. I take the view that if anyone has jumped through the post count loops to get into SC they are ok to deal with. It’s worked for me up to now
If you have had a good buying and selling experience then I would expect H&V I know I do..
I am not sure if it is still the case, but when I bought my first item on SC I had enough posts to access SC, but not enough to access H&V.
This may have changed now, but just a thought that it may be a contributing factor over the years.
Don't bother nowadays and I doubt anyone leaves any for me.
I think everyone knows the old hands on here that have been trusted over the years.
The only part that would worry me would be the "villains" but as some folk have moaned on here about deals gone awry and not posted up the villains it seems a bit pointless.
I guess newbies would want to build themselves a reputation but sending something after you have received the money is not exactly heroic is it?
Cheers,
Neil.
Surely better to give V if the deal goes sour so others can take it into account when considering a purchase. My 50 has come round.
I always leave a post and write if the post is for the user as a seller or buyer.
Both sides should post imo.
