I have no idea. But it's from the era that writing was not only about the content. There's also a lot to enjoy for the eye! Beautiful.
I've inherited a delightful little album that contains illustrations, artwork, poems and quotes.
It dates to Christmas of 1910 and it's wonderful to flick through.
Here are the contents :
As lovely as this is, I have absolutely no desire to keep hold of it, so your thoughts and/or help to point me in the right direction to potentially sell this, would be greatly appreciated.
With a bit of luck, i might be able to purchase a nice watch with the cash! :)

The illustrations are fantastic & a great example of the art of handwriting, a beautiful thing.
Seen similar things on the Antiques roadshow, and although not hugely valuable, always seem to get enthusiastic appraisal.

60 Polsloe Road Exeter, mentioned a couple of times, as it is today.
Most interesting.
Perhaps we could commence a TZ UK 'Handwriting' thread? TZ-ers photograph or scan, examples of their own handwriting?
"Well they would say that ... wouldn't they!"
The lines from The Village Blacksmith brought back memories of a favourite parody from my youth.
The Village Burglar – Anon
Under a spreading gooseberry bush the village burglar lies,
The burglar is a hairy man with whiskers round his eyes
And the muscles of his brawny arms keep off the little flies.
He goes on Sunday to the church to hear the Parson shout.
He puts a penny in the plate and takes a pound note out
And drops a conscience-stricken tear in case he is found out.
Don't just do something, sit there. - TNH
It’s a tricky on as if the album were sold it would most likely be broken up for the drawings and the rest binned. There’s a big difference in quality between the ink illustrations and the paintings, so as a starter I’d count the number of drawings and multiply that by £10 as a decent average for the range in quality. I realise that as it’s inherited your thoughts are not on resale, but will think this will give you a broad indication of value.

Thank you for all the input so far, greatly appreciated.
Tempted to list this Ebay with no reserve, hopefully then it'll find it's true value.
Or maybe Sales corner first?

Try Googling 'ephemera valuations UK'
I doubt if overall value is anywhere near sufficient to "... buy a nice watch with the cash"
"Well they would say that ... wouldn't they!"
These are lovely little things - I've seen a fair few over the years. As others have noted, there isn't a lot of financial value in them, but they are a fascinating insight into a different world, not really all that long ago.
If you decide to sell it, and have a price in mind, ping me a pm. I might buy it for one of my schools, they could use it in hisotry lessons. The kids would find it fascinating.
So clever my foot fell off.
