I've got one of their leather A4 letter folders, in a lovely grained orange leather. Have a look/search on the SC, and you'll see another one I sold in brown croc print. It was lovely, too! I can't speak to the quality of the bags, but the pieces that have been through my hands have been great.

I’ve bought them as gifts and have a few watch rolls. Quality was very good and no regrets.

I’ve got a weekend bag from Smythson which I’ve had about 6 years now. It’s done sterling service as hand baggage when flying and as a more conventional weekender when on shorter breaks. It still looks more or less new, the hardware is perfect and the leather supple and heavy. I really rate it very highly. I’ve never seen Vuitton luggage up close but I’d say the quality is easily comparable with Mulberry, judging by some of Mrs Cain’s stuff.
