Not really the place to ask on here, but I would head to one of those high street phone repair shops, gotta be a cheaper option.

You sure the battery hasn't expanded and isn't pushing the screen away from the case?

Just spoke with Apple and this is probably the fault estimate around £82.00 and upwards +VAT and my nearest centre is miles away so it’s probably look around for a refurb or cheapo replacement it’s still working so it is now a full time alarm clock.

If you complain they might take the watch off you and give 30% off a new one. Not sure if they still do this but they used to.

An Apple watch SE is £269. Doubt I'd be spending £100 on a repair Vs that or second hand.

It’s probably only worth around £60 for a 2nd gen -better off looking for. 2nd hand one

OK Guys i will now openly talk about my secret thus far cuddly side which involved in exploration the need for and wearing of a digital timepiece i decided to embrace this concept and even went as far buying ( from the forum a pre owned one) honestly since my purchase i have found a great sense of relief and self awareness so please do not judge me but come and give me a group hug

    Yours Mary
