“DateBust” or “SeaSweller” or “Consternation” was the highlight of that for me
Truly dreadful!
Knock off design with a crown that only someone with childlike fingers could use. And do adults really have favourite numbers?
Maybe I’m on my own with this but I’m really not a fan of “proprietary movements.” Not sure why I’m against them, I have in-house and I have Eta and I’m not against spending thousands on watches using Eta movements if I can see value being created elsewhere in a watch, like my 18k Franck Muller which has case and dial work that would be difficult to match by any maker using in-house movements at that, reduced, price point. I see proprietary movements as an attempt to pull the wool over peoples eyes, the brand hasn’t designed them and doesn’t even employ the watchmakers that make them. The movements may as well be Eta.
Why even bother, I’m sure they make plenty of cash from handbags and questionable trainers etc.
A few years ago I had a Gucci 5500 triple date. It was a quality watch.
Without a second's hand... I don't know. A bit pricey for what they are and the position of the brand in the market. There are better fashion brands with better watches at the price points.
I think they will be successful. Gucci have always been good at judging the market. I can see women wanting them.

To be fair, there may be some genuine merit to the watchmaking here but….
1. It looks awful (IMO)
2. It has the most ridiculous model name on the dial
3. €10k
So unoriginal, its like they've just asked a computer to make a Lange Odysseus, Nautilus and Royal Oak hybrid
All it needs is, a couple of dial production issues, some supply strangulation, and a touch of grey hoovering and they’re on to a winner.

It should not be too long before this is available in TK Max.
