    Brietling Superocean: Military Corps edition

A respected acquaintance of mine is thinking of selling his Brietling Superocean that was commissioned during his time in the Intelligence Corps. Any idea of rough value? I know military commissioned Breitling are not uncommon, but this one is relatively rare being one of 40 made. Also where would be a sensible (painless!) place to try to sell it?

    Thanks I’m advance!

[No this isn’t a stealth sales post. I don’t know any more details, but I could make up some
“cool military backstory” if it would attract some walts! ]

Hi Kirk. I suggest giving Andrew Micheal’s a call. They specialise in military branded Breitling and could give you an answer to both those questions I think 😉

Can’t help with the price but the bezel is miss aligned so that will knock at least 10,000 off the price…
It’s a nice unit commission, MI5 did a very similar watch a while ago

Just seen one of those (one of 900) went for £4.5k on eBay.

Really! They did a ladies version as well.

The last one I was aware of was a Tag. :-(
