    ^^Yup, love it down there.
We often take a ride down across the New Forest, over Cranbourne Chase, Wimborne Minster, around Wareham to Studland.
Have a tasty ploughmans at the Middle Beach Cafe and then laze in the sun on the shore there. Wonderful little corner of Dorset.
That`s Old Harry Rocks in the distance.
Looks better when the tides in and the sun is out, though..!

Ah, lovely! I was there 2 years ago. Stayed at Mission Bay resort. Ran almost the same route as your walk! (A few KM shorter)
Discovered by the Germans in 1904. They named it San Diego, which of course in German means A Whale’ s Vagina.

The building is newer than the pictures in Google Streetview, which are from 2008 and that's how it looked then: https://www.google.com/maps/@52.4054...7i13312!8i6656

This is what was written about the bulding when it was opened in 2013: https://www.building.co.uk/focus/cov...050810.article

The building next to it seems to have what appear to be fission product filters on its chimneys.
