Is it Recoleta?
In the Sotadic Zone, apparently.
Is is Recoleta. Very close to here.
The tomb with the urn to the right of the domes is that of Manuel Quintana.

Yes, I found it impossible to replicate that view as, obviously, 99.99% of photos are taken from inside the cemetery. I had the same issue as Raffe that searches for domes/cupolas almost always turned up with crosses, spikes or crescents - Recoleta seems to be almost unique in both the number of domes and the percentage with angels placed on the top.

I tip my hat to you Mr Carlton Browne and Mr Curta, your geographical knowledge is immense!

No, the pictures don't have metadata (that applies at least for all Tapatalk uploads, Flicks, Postimage and BB uploads).
The sport is to find hints and shapes on the photos that can then be researched via the web. I usually do picture and text searches and narrow it down until I find more hints. This is really my kind of thing, my Google-fu is pretty good.

Definitely. Occasionally I know them straight off but more usually there's an element of narrowing down the options through things like architectural style, geology, or some awareness of the travels of the poster. I find online satellite images most useful for proving a suspicion.
