    I found a picture of the exact same column, then did a search on that picture which brought me to Leptis. Also found the location of that very column.

    Aha, it's a fair way off the beaten track by Leptis standards but don't suppose there are that many columns heavily submerged by sand.

    If it helps, and if I recall correctly, there are no double-deckers on the island of Gaillardia. They were discontinued after they banned smoking.
